The JENNÈS Vocational Skills Training Project is a joint collaboration by The Taiwan Embassy of Saint Lucia, ICDF Taiwan, The Sir Arthur Lewis Community College, and The Government of Saint Lucia.
JENNÈS aims to upskill Saint Lucia's local youth and women, fostering their marketability and qualification for work in diverse job markets.
Participants receive training from one of JENNÈS' vocational programmes, as well as have the opportunity of pursuing entrepreneurial interests via the Business Coaching and Incubator programmes.
Participants receive mentorship and business counselling from industry experts, in areas such as sales and marketing, financial accounting, business strategy, etc.
